Some more progress in the foreground this week. I am now enjoying the coarse textures of the grass. This has been a challenge to get looking right. There are still a few areas to be addressed. I ended up disregarding my reference material completely. Such are the challenges of fine art. Now working on the impala, I am happy with the way they are progressing and coming forward into the foreground after more focus and detail has been added. I have included the palette of colour for the impala for interest. There are a few oxpeckers to be added yet. I hope you all enjoy. My best wishes to you. Gordon
