Some finishing touches for the foreground last week. This week I hope to get the elephant finished too. I am determined to get this painting done as I saw it in my imagination. I hope to do the memories I have from the African bush justice. I always find this stage of the painting can be a challenge to finish the detail to my satisfaction. The completion of such a work of art seems so close yet so much to do. I am putting every effort into this particular piece as it may go to a very special home. I wish you all well.
