The first few marks, this is where it starts from. These marks are really important in my work. They play a fundamental role in the design of the imagery on the vessel even though they don’t look like much at this stage. I place them freely and also carefully. Every mark has its meaning. These early stages in a piece of my artwork require trust in my process not to mention a vision to strive for. I look forward to the challenges ahead, the stamina required and the enjoyment.
